Comments to the Servite school photos by Patrick Hickey..

"Most of this post is 3 years old but someone, around a week ago, asked if there were any school photo around this time. This one is of Miss Shepherds infants' class around 1957, I remember the day, it was lovely and sunny, and we were all excited to have our picture taken. I can remember most of the front row: Left to Right: Kevin Barry, ?, ?, Robert Holmes, Gary Honeyball, Arthur Long, me, ?, Michael Ferriter, Graham Etchell. Someone mentioned John Duffield he is in the back row 3rd from left, next to him is Benny who someone else mentioned. Standing to the left of Miss Shepherd is Kevin Gallagher. Patrick McGuire is sat next to Miss Shepherd. Sorry I can only mainly remember the boy's names as we played together. There will also be names mis‐spelt" ..and the Teachers:

Sorry to come to this post late, my sister and I both went to the Servite's and I showed her the picture she says from left to right its Fr Cadd, Miss Bonner, Miss Burke, Sister Mercedes, Miss McKendry, Sister Hilary, next lady unknown and the Miss Shepherd. Apparently, Miss Bonner taught at St Thomas Moore secondary school. Miss Shepherd, Miss McKendry and Sister Peter all taught me and they were lovely people.
