Schnaid: the little country village to the south of Bamberg, nestled within farmlands, hills and forests looks as charming as it was, when described by Lorenz von Seidlein.   It's not included as a suburb or village in Wikipedia, but 'you tubes' of the football team and a number of local breweries can be found on the internet..  A recent photograph in the collage above shows the Railway Station at Hirschaid which probably looks exactly as it did at the turn of the 20th Century.
