These first 11 black and white images are from the holiday album of Agnes older sister, Annamarie. It was a present from Aunt Nandl, who was a bookbinder, the uncle of Agnes and the wife of Peter von Seidlein. Agnes is the subject in these 11 photographs with a background of turbulent and sad times with happiness in the end; from late 1930s Nuremberg Germany to better times in 1940s London England.
